We expect all clients to conduct themselves with respect and to be respectful of the studio furniture and props, to handle with care as if it was your own.
All sessions must be scheduled in advance using our online booking portal to ensure availability and proper planning.
Clients are responsible for setting up and tidying up the studio space within their booked time slot. Please leave the studio exactly as you found it. If you are rearranging furniture during your rental, please return everything to its original place before leaving. Leaving late will result in a fee, after 10 min of overage you will be billed for an additional hour, you could be running into another clients session. We monitor your time closely via security cameras.
Please feel free to bring a few simple decorations to make the space fit your vision. However we ask that you refrain hanging anything on the walls. If you are unsure about bringing something, please ask.
If you are using the moving wall with paper backdrop we ask that you lay down the vinyl floor mat to preserve the paper and refrain from getting it dirty. Simply roll up the mat and return to where you found it after use.
Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a conducive environment for all clients. Be mindful of neighboring businesses and residents.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times while in the studio. Running and screaming are not permitted to ensure a safe and conducive environment. Please do not bring any coloring items, or toys that could stain or possibly damage the studio.
As a dog momma myself, I understand the love and joy pets bringing our lives. However, to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and to prevent potential allergies or disruptions, we have implemented a no-pet policy. Maintaining a spotless studio is essential for the quality of our photography sessions, as pets can introduce dirt, hair, and other elements that may compromise cleanliness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us uphold these high standards.
If you are planning to bring food please be sure you consume away from any sets. Please be sure all drink have a tight lid. This helps us maintain a clean and pristine environment for all renters. If you are interested in doing a smash cake for a little one, please be sure there is proper clean up material beneath them.
If there is a spill of any kind please clean up after yourself, check below sink in bathroom if necessary. If major spill occurs please contact us immediately so that we can assess. This may result in a minimal fee.
Smoking, vaping, drug use, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited in the studio.
Clients are responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during their rental period. We recommend obtaining liability insurance for added protection. Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to the studios property, including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.
Will someone else be booked at the same time as me?:
No, when you book a session at Shutter Shine Studios, this is your private photoshoot. Whether you choose to have it with your own hired photographer, just your family and friends and/or a featured photographer who you chose to book through our site, there will not be another group there during your booked session.
